Ducks Unlimited Promotional Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Sponsor: Hook & Gaff Watch Company (“Sponsor”).
Administrator: Ducks Unlimited, Inc. (“DU”), One Waterfowl Way, Memphis, TN 38120.

Eligibility
The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and DU, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period
The giveaway will begin and end on the dates stated in the applicable Ducks Unlimited social media post and the corresponding landing page on DU’s website (the “Promotion Period”). The dates and times stated in those materials are final and controlling.

How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may enter by following the instructions in DU’s designated social media post for the giveaway. To enter, a participant must comment “watch” on the designated post and complete the entry form on the linked landing page on DU’s website.

No purchase, payment, or donation of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated in the designated social media post or landing page. Multiple entries by the same person in excess of the stated limit may be disqualified. Use of automated entry methods, scripts, bots, or third party services is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Prize
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Hook & Gaff watch. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize: $405. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,240.

Prizes are non transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution of prizes is permitted except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding any prize.

Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries properly submitted during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification
Winners may be contacted using the contact information provided on the entry form or by direct message through the applicable social media platform, at Sponsor’s or DU’s discretion. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to respond within five (5) calendar days of notification, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

Conditions of Entry
By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of Sponsor and DU, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway. Sponsor and DU reserve the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Entries that are incomplete, late, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or otherwise not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.

General Conditions
Sponsor and DU reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor or DU in their sole discretion. Sponsor and DU are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries.

Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, DU, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claim, cause of action, liability, loss, injury, or damage arising out of or relating to participation in the giveaway or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and DU’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation or notice.

Privacy
Information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used for administration of the giveaway and otherwise in accordance with DU’s Privacy Policy and any applicable Sponsor privacy terms. Participants will not be required to provide a birth date to enter, but by entering they represent that they are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with receipt or use of a prize.

Affidavit of Eligibility
Sponsor and/or DU may require a winner to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release as a condition of prize award.

Governing Law
This giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Social Media Disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform used to promote the giveaway. Participants release all such platforms from any responsibility related to this promotion.
