NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, DONATION, OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY FUNDRAISING ACTIVITY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN WASHINGTON AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The Ducks Unlimited National FFA Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored and administered by Ducks Unlimited, Inc. ("DU"), One Waterfowl Way, Memphis, Tennessee 38120.
2. Giveaway Description
The Giveaway is a free promotional sweepstakes offered by DU to eligible FFA student members, teachers, and advisors.
Participation in any raffle, fundraising activity, ticket sale, membership drive, donation program, banquet, auction, or other activity is not required to enter the Giveaway and will not improve an entrant's chances of winning.
The Giveaway is entirely separate from any chapter-level, state-level, or local fundraising activity conducted by any FFA chapter, school, or other organization.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who:
Entrants who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, may enter directly.
Entrants under eighteen (18) years of age must have the permission and consent of a parent or legal guardian before entering. By entering the Giveaway, an entrant under eighteen (18) represents and warrants that such permission has been obtained.
If an entrant under eighteen (18) is selected as a potential winner, DU may require the entrant's parent or legal guardian to execute affidavits of eligibility, publicity releases, liability releases, tax documents, and any other documents reasonably required by DU before a prize is awarded.
Individuals under thirteen (13) years of age are not eligible to enter.
Employees, officers, directors, trustees, and employees of DU, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter or win.
Void in Washington and where prohibited by law.
4. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on October 20, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 16, 2026.
All eligible entries must be received during the Giveaway Period.
DU will conduct the drawing on or about December 1, 2026.
5. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, eligible individuals may enter by completing and submitting the official online entry form available at:

Entrants must provide all requested information necessary for DU to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, and contact potential winners.
No purchase, payment, donation, contribution, membership fee, fundraising participation, or other consideration is required to enter.
6. Entry Limits
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period.
Multiple entries submitted by the same individual will not increase odds of winning and may be disqualified.
DU may determine duplicate entries using names, email addresses, telephone numbers, mailing addresses, IP addresses, FFA affiliation information, or other identifying information.
Automated entries, robotic entries, bulk entries, script-generated entries, and entries submitted through unauthorized means are prohibited and void.
7. Entry Verification
All entries are subject to verification by DU.
DU reserves the right to verify an entrant's identity, age, residency, eligibility status, and FFA affiliation.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, tampered with, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules may be disqualified.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at DU's sole discretion or where required by law.
DU reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
9. Winner Selection and Odds
On or about December 1, 2026, DU will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
10. Winner Notification
DU will attempt to notify the potential winner using the contact information provided during entry.
The potential winner may be required to complete and return:
If the selected entrant is under eighteen (18), DU may require the entrant's parent or legal guardian to execute all required documentation.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within fifteen (15) days, fails to provide requested documentation, is found ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, DU may disqualify the entrant and select an alternate winner.
11. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with acceptance, receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway and acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for DU and its designees to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, city and state of residence, FFA affiliation, and prize information for advertising, promotional, fundraising, educational, and publicity purposes without further compensation.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless DU and its officers, directors, trustees, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns from all claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize.
DU is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, misdirected, interrupted, or unavailable entries.
14. Privacy
Information collected through the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants, contact winners, award prizes, and comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations.
Entry into the Giveaway does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications.
Any consent to receive marketing emails, sponsor communications, or promotional materials must be optional, separate from entry, and not required to enter or win.
15. General Conditions
DU reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, uses fraudulent methods of entry, provides false information, or otherwise interferes with the administration of the Giveaway.
16. Cancellation or Modification
If the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned because of fraud, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, force majeure, or other causes affecting the administration, integrity, or fairness of the Giveaway, DU reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Giveaway.
17. Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
