The sponsor and administrator of this promotion (the “Promotion”) is Ducks Unlimited, Inc. (“DU”), 1 Waterfowl Way, Memphis, TN 38120.
2. Purpose; Relationship to Local FFA Raffles
This Promotion is a separate annual promotional drawing conducted by DU. Local raffles are conducted by participating schools and/or FFA chapters (each, an “FFA Raffle”) and are separate from DU and this Promotion. Participation in any FFA Raffle is not required to enter the Promotion and will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning this Promotion.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Residents of Washington are not eligible. Employees, officers, and directors of DU, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and persons living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Washington and where prohibited by law.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on [START DATE] and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on [END DATE] (the “Promotion Period”). DU must receive all eligible entries by the end of the Promotion Period. DU will conduct the drawing on or about [DRAW DATE].
5. How to Enter; Entry Limit
There are two (2) ways to enter this Promotion. Limit one (1) entry per person total during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Duplicate entries are void and will not increase odds of winning.
A. Entry via Participating FFA Raffle Ticket Stub
If an individual completes a raffle ticket stub for a participating school’s or FFA chapter’s FFA Raffle and provides the requested contact information, DU may receive that stub from the participating school or FFA chapter after the local raffle drawing. If the stub is legible and received by DU by the end of the Promotion Period, DU will treat it as one (1) entry in this Promotion, subject to these Official Rules.
By submitting a completed raffle ticket stub, entrant understands and agrees that the participating school or FFA chapter may provide the stub information to DU for administration of this Promotion.
Submitting multiple stubs, including from multiple FFA Raffles or multiple purchased raffle tickets, will not increase odds of winning. DU will count no more than one (1) entry per person.
B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) – Mail-In
To enter without participating in any FFA Raffle, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in an envelope with sufficient first-class postage to:

6. Entry Verification; Duplicate Entries
DU may determine, in its sole discretion, whether an entry is valid and whether multiple entries are duplicates, including by using matching or substantially similar names, mailing addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, or other identifying information. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or the receipt of an entry, DU’s records will govern, subject to applicable law. If more than one (1) entry is received from a person, only the first valid eligible entry received will be counted.
7. Prize(s); Approximate Retail Value

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except at DU’s sole discretion if required by law. DU reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
8. Winner Selection; Odds
On or about [DRAW DATE], DU will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner Notification; Verification
DU will attempt to notify each potential winner using the contact information provided at the time of entry, including by telephone, email, and/or mail, within approximately [X] days after the drawing. A potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, IRS Form W-9, and any other documents reasonably requested by DU before a prize is awarded.
If a potential winner: (a) cannot be contacted; (b) is found to be ineligible; (c) fails to respond within [X] days after notification is attempted; (d) fails to timely complete and return required documents; or (e) otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
10. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance, receipt, or use of a prize that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules as being provided.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Promotion and acceptance of a prize constitutes a winner’s consent for DU and its designees to use the winner’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, and prize information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.
12. Release; Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless DU and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, actions, injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
DU is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, damaged, postage-due, or delayed entries or mail; for typographical, printing, technical, human, or administrative errors; or for any malfunction, failure, or difficulty of any kind that may affect the administration of the Promotion.
13. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used by DU for purposes of administering the Promotion and otherwise in accordance with DU’s Privacy Policy, available at:

14. General Conditions
DU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent or misleading information, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a manner DU determines to be disruptive or unsportsmanlike.
If, for any reason, the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, printing error, force majeure, or any other cause that, in DU’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, DU reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion.
15. Governing Law
This Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
