INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY

1. Please be sure your name, address, email and phone number are printed on the ticket you wish to enter.

2. Completely detach and separate each individual entry ticket you are submitting.

3. Mail completed entry ticket - with or without donation in a #10 envelope and mail via First Class U.S. Mail to: Ducks Unlimited 2026 Outdoor Adventurer Sweepstakes Entry, Dept. 347, PO Box 1000, Memphis, TN 38148. Must be postmarked by 3/31/27 & received by 4/7/27 to be eligible.

ENTRY LIMIT: REGARDLESS OF ENTRY METHOD THERE IS A LIMIT OF ONE HUNDRED (100) SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY TICKETS PER PERSON/EMAIL PER DAY WITH A FURTHER LIMIT OF A TOTAL OF TWO HUNDRED (200) SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY TICKETS PER PERSON/EMAIL DURING THE ENTIRE ENTRY PERIOD.

Any entries in excess of this limit will be voided. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered will be disqualified. No mechanical reproductions of entries accepted. All entries become Sponsor’s property & will not be returned or acknowledged. Sweepstakes entry tickets that are not completely separated from each other WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE.
