INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY

1. Please be sure your name, address, email and phone number are printed on the ticket you wish to enter.

2. Completely detach and separate each individual entry ticket you are submitting.

3. Mail completed entry ticket - with or without donation in a #10 envelope and mail via First Class U.S. Mail to: Ducks Unlimited 2025 Outdoor Adventurer Sweepstakes Entry, Dept. 347, PO Box 1000, Memphis, TN 38148. Must be postmarked by 3/31/26 & received by 4/7/26 to be eligible.

ENTRY LIMIT: REGARDLESS OF ENTRY METHOD THERE IS A LIMIT OF ONE HUNDRED (100) SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY TICKETS PER PERSON/EMAIL PER DAY WITH A FURTHER LIMIT OF A TOTAL OF TWO HUNDRED (200) SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY TICKETS PER PERSON/EMAIL DURING THE ENTIRE ENTRY PERIOD.
