MEMPHIS, Tenn. Sept. 30, 2019 Josh Williams was named Ducks Unlimiteds (DU) Regional Director of the Year for his outstanding efforts as a staff member in Region 2, an area that encompasses the Prairies and Great Plains region.

Working with the volunteers in Kansas and Colorado, Josh had another outstanding fundraising year, said Greg Dinkel, DU director of fundraising and volunteer relations. Josh has always been a consistent high performer. This is a testament to the partnership, vision and leadership of the volunteers and staff in Colorado and Kansas.

Williams, a resident of Grinnell, Kan., covers west Kansas and Eastern Plains Colorado, and works with local volunteer committees hosting fundraisers for the 82-year-old conservation organization. Williams also received the Grand Slam Award an award given to regional directors who achieve net growth in event income, event attendance, volunteers and existing business, have more new than lost business.
