MEMPHIS, Tenn. - July 7, 2015 -The Bass Pro Shops/Ducks Unlimited (DU) car finished in 14th place during the Coke Zero 400 at Daytona International Speedway after a very late green-flag start on Sunday. The No. 14 Sprint Cup Series car was driven by Tony Stewart.

The special paint scheme was a generous donation by Bass Pro Shops and Stewart-Haas Racing. The race was scheduled to start at 8 p.m., but was postponed due to weather and didn't officially start until 11:42 p.m.

"We are extremely grateful for the opportunity to have DU's name and special DU paint scheme on Tony's car," said DU CEO Dale Hall. "Since 2013, Ducks Unlimited has shared space on the No. 14 Chevrolet during the Coke Zero 400. Regardless of the outcome of the race, the fact that Bass Pro Shops Founder Johnny Morris and Tony Stewart donated the paint scheme for millions to see speaks volumes about their commitment to conservation."

The car featured the iconic DU logo on both back fenders, along with "Ducks Unlimited" painted in large letters.

While the race start was delayed several hours, the last lap was anything but lackluster. The No. 3 car driven by Austin Dillon was involved in a major crash that sent several spectators to the hospital.

"We were very happy that our good friend Austin Dillon was able to walk away from a very serious pile up on the last lap," Hall said. "We're also thankful for the safety precautions in place that protect the drivers and spectators. It's a true blessing that everyone involved was able to avoid serious injury."
