The Ducks Unlimited collegiate All-American recognition program mirrors that of DU's local adult chapters and will be based on the 2021-2022 calendar year fundraising results. With this new system, chapters now have a definitive baseline for which to qualify for the All-American program.

In 2021-2022, university chapters raised $2.3 million dollars for the ducks. To qualify for the All-American program, university chapters had to raise $25,000 or more through the following revenue streams:

  • Event Income from all events (minimum $5,000 in event income to qualify)
  • Chapter Silent Bid Auction Income
  • Donor Directed Major Gifts

Through the All-American Program, chapters may qualify for the specific recognition levels below:

  • $75,000+, Gold All-American
  • $50,000-$74,999, Silver All-American
  • $25,000-$49,999, Bronze All-American

"Ducks Unlimited's university program continues to be a vital part of our organization's mission. It is a valued revenue generator for our conservation efforts, as well as an important source of organizational awareness and leadership," said David Schuessler, DU's National Director of Event Fundraising and R3 Programs. "I congratulate not only the All-American chapter volunteers, but all college students who have chosen to support DU through university chapters, and I encourage those who have not attended an event to come share in the excitement and fun!"
