DU 2027 National Art Selection

DU INVITES YOU TO SUBMIT ONE OR MORE ORIGINAL ART IMAGES TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE 2027 NATIONAL EVENT MERCHANDISE PACKAGE

We invite you to submit one or more products for consideration in the Art category of our national 2027 Event Merchandise package. The Art category includes wall décor such as wrapped canvases, photographs, and framed artwork. 

These products should be exclusive or have the ability to be exclusive to Ducks Unlimited. Selected artwork is offered for our chapters to sell at fundraising events. The perceived value and unique concept of each product is important because the sale price will be determined by our event attendees through live auctions, silent auctions, or raffles.

To be considered, please submit product images with pricing to us at art@ducks.org. Include any MOQs and reorder minimums. You may submit multiple products. Do not send physical samples without first receiving approval as only one sample may be needed for similar product submissions. The Art Committee is entertaining non-waterfowl related regional artwork images for 2027. If you have access to unpublished images of certain other species (*see below) please consider including them as part of your submissions.

Entries are accepted beginning June 16, 2025. All submission entries must be received no later than August 29, 2025. The Ducks Unlimited Art Committee looks forward to reviewing your products. If you have any questions, please email art@ducks.org.

Each year, one artist is selected as the Ducks Unlimited Artist of the Year. The scene must include waterfowl but may focus on waterfowl hunting, retrieving dogs or still life subjects. The image will become the centerpiece for the National Art Package and will receive appropriate promotion and prominence. The 2027 Ducks Unlimited Artist of the Year will be recognized with an article in Ducks Unlimited and at the DU National Convention.

To be considered, please submit jpeg images to art@ducks.org or a USB drive mailed to the physical address listed below. Entries are accepted beginning June 16, 2025. All submissions must be received no later than August 29, 2025.

Indicate the artist, title, image size, and medium for each entry. Images sent via email are limited to 5 megabytes. The image quality must be 300 dpi or higher. Sharp, clear images will show the trueness of color and quality of the artwork. Do not send original work.
