The Ducks Unlimited 2024 Garth Brooks “A Concert for Conservation” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on 3/18/24 and ends at 11:59 P.M. ET on 5/31/24.
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of the District of Columbia, Montana and Washington) age 21 years of age or older at date of entry. Subject to all applicable federal & state & local laws & regulations. Void in the District of Columbia, Montana, Washington & where prohibited by law. HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) ways to enter: Entry Method #1: To enter via U.S. Mail from a personalized offer you received (“personalized entry”): Complete & return the Official Entry Form per instructions provided, including returning as many fully separated sweepstakes entry tickets as you wish (UP TO THE ENTRY LIMIT--SEE BELOW in this paragraph) with your completed Official Entry Form, with or without a contribution. ENTRY LIMIT: REGARDLESS OF ENTRY METHOD THERE IS A LIMIT OF 125 SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY TICKETS PER PERSON /EMAIL DURING THE ENTIRE ENTRY PERIOD. Any entries in excess of this limit will be voided. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage due mail/entries. No mechanical reproductions of entries accepted. All entries become Sponsor’s property & will not be returned or acknowledged. For Entry Methods #2 & #3: Sweepstakes entry tickets that are not completely separated from each other WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE. PRIZES AND THEIR VERIFIABLE RETAIL VALUES (“VRV”):
One Grand Prize (VRV: up to $15,000): A trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to a Garth Brooks concert on February 19, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Grand Prize consists of: i) Up to four (4) premium concert seat tickets; ii) 2-night double occupancy hotel accommodations at Ceasars Palace; iii) round-trip ground transportation between airport and hotel; iv) up to $2,000 for air transportation; v) $1,000 in gift cards for incidentals/spending money; vi) $1,000 Bass Pro Shops gift card, vii) one guitar signed by Garth Brooks; and viii) DU/Garth Brooks merchandise up to $550 VRV (items selection at Sponsor’s sole discretion). Air travel in excess of $2,000 will be winner’s responsibility. If winner resides within 150 miles of Las Vegas, the air and ground transportation portion of the prize will not be awarded. Usage of gift card is subject to its merchant’s gift card terms and conditions. Lost or stolen gift card will not be replaced. If winner chooses to partake with fewer than three (3) guests, or no guest, the remaining portion of prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded.
250 Runner-up Prizes (VRV: $1,200 each prize): Each Runner-up Prize consists of: i) two (2) concert tickets to a Garth Brooks concert on February 19, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada; and ii) 2-night double occupancy hotel accommodations at Ceasars Palace. Transportation is not included in the Runner-up Prize.
Additional details for all prizes: Hotel stay is valid for 2/18/25 and 2/19/25 only. The hotel booking information will be provided to winners and winners must make their own reservation. Hotel stay is subject to availability and advance booking is required. Winner may need to present a major valid credit card at time of hotel check-in to cover for any incidentals, if any. Seat selection at the concert is at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Concert tickets will be emailed to winners. In the event the concert is cancelled for any reason, or winner is unable to travel for any reason after the hotel is booked, or if winner chooses not to partake in any portion of the prize, the remaining portion of prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Limit: One prize per person or household.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 6/14/24 from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization (“judges”) whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Potential winners will be notified via email and require to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility & Release of Liability (“Affidavit”), along with a travel companion liability release, all of which must be signed & submitted within 10 days of the date the notification was sent to them. Travel companion must either be 18 or older, or if a minor, must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. If a notification is returned as undeliverable, or if an entry does not have an email address, or if a potential winner fails to submit the Affidavit and release within 10 days, that potential winner will be disqualified & an alternate will be determined. Attempts will be made to notify up to 2 alternate winners for the unclaimed prize and/or if a prize is not validly claimed by 9/30/24, the unclaimed prize will not be awarded. Prizes will be awarded in approximately 60 days of winner verification, except in cases of delay of availability. Sponsor is not responsible for such delays. No prize is redeemable for cash, exchange or transfer, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, who reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of similar or greater value if any prize, or any portion thereof, is unavailable. Each winner is solely responsible for all taxes on prize & other expenses (as applicable) not specifically set forth herein. Each potential winner will be required to furnish his/her Social Security Number on the Affidavit. An Internal Revenue Service Form 1099-Misc will be filed in the name of each winner for the prize value awarded for the year in which the prize was made available to the winner. Winners acknowledge the Released Parties (as defined herein) are not responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality or conditions of any aspect of any prize.
GENERAL: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, & (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor & the judges, which are final & binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited by law, entry & acceptance of prize constitute permission to use each winner’s name, photograph, video, comment, hometown, likeness, & prize won (all at Sponsor’s discretion) for future advertising, publicity in any & all media now or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, release, or permission. RELEASE: Entrants on their behalf, & on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors & assigns (“Releasing Parties”), release, defend & hold harmless Sponsor, any entity involved in the fulfillment of the prizes or the administration of the Sweepstakes, & their respective employees, officers, directors & agents of each (“Released Parties”), from any & all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, extent, executions, claims & demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, whether or not known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against Released Parties which any one or more of the Releasing Parties ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have which in any way arise out of or result from entrant’s participation, acceptance & use or misuse of any prize, including property damage, personal injury or death.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.
