Funds generated via the Waterfowl Conservation Stamp Program are used to acquire, restore, and enhance waterfowl habitat throughout the state and breeding grounds in Canada that directly benefit our migratory waterfowl.
Ducks Unlimited has partnered with VDGIF to complete several waterfowl habitat projects that have benefited directly from the Virginia Migratory Waterfowl Stamp Fund. These projects include: Doe Creek WMA, Ware Creek WMA, Hog Island WMA, and Princess Anne WMA. These WMA projects conserve critical wintering habitat for our migratory waterfowl and provide opportunities for public waterfowl hunting.
PRINCESS ANNE WMA - $1,033,571
When you purchase your license online, be sure to request your complementary stamp and start your own waterfowl conservation stamp collection.
