MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Aug. 27, 2019 - This week&squo;s DU TV episode continues in Chandler, Oklahoma, with Ducks Unlimited volunteer Joe Ready and DU TV co-host Doug Larsen

"Being involved with Ducks Unlimited Television, I get to meet some really great folks,&dquo; Larsen said. "But I can&squo;t remember the last time I met somebody like Joe Ready. He&squo;s just the most enthusiastic fellow.&dquo;

Joe has educated a lot of people in the area about Ducks Unlimited and many have become volunteers themselves. Joe&squo;s buddy R.D. Taylor believes in the DU mission.

"I&squo;m a DU volunteer and I think others should be too,&dquo; said Taylor. "If you can give back to the ducks, the ducks will give back to you.&dquo;

Chandler, Oklahoma, is a small town full of people with big hearts and a love for conservation, thanks to Joe and other local DU volunteers. Joe makes sure the young people in town learn about the DU mission too.

"It&squo;s more than just hunting, and he explains that to these children,&dquo; said friend and fellow DU volunteer Garret Jackson. "He lets them know we are doing this for a cause and for the future of duck hunting.&dquo;
