New York DU state leaders, volunteers, members and partners gathered for the 2016 New York State Convention on March 11 and 12 in Riverhead, Long Island.
Participants celebrated successful fundraising and conservation accomplishments in 2015, and planned ahead for 2016 and beyond.
Top chapters were honored during an awards dinner on Saturday.
About 75 people came to a black duck banding event Saturday, sponsored by Ducks Unlimited. Participants included DU members, volunteers, staff and the public.
