This Waterfowl Hunter's Party is part of the week-long celebration of the contributions of the
Federal Duck Stamp Program and it's raising of funds that will go directly in support of U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service habitat conservation programs benefitting waterfowl and waterfowlers.
