Rules of the 2013 Calendar Raffle• Raffle is sponsored by Lennox Ducks Unlimited.
• Persons under 18 may not purchase a raffle ticket (calendar) or win a prize.
• Raffle tickets (calendars) are $30.00. The purchase of only one raffle ticket (Calendar) is required to enter the raffle.
• Winners will be determined by random drawing. Names will be returned to the drum after each drawing.
• All unsold tickets (calendars) and unclaimed prizes become the property of Lennox Ducks Unlimited.
• Cash or personal checks are accepted for the sale of raffle tickets (calendars). Credit or debit cards are not accepted. Payment by check must clear the bank prior to the raffle drawing. Checks returned are subject to additional fees.
• The winning ticket for each prize day will be awarded a prize certificate for the prize printed on the calendar for that day. Winners will be notified on Frida of every week with instructions on how to redeem the prize.
• No raffle prize will be awarded until raffle number and money have been accounted for. Raffle tickets wih incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, falsified or forged information will be void and will be disqualified from the raffle. No refunds will be made.
• All firearm regulations must be met before you can receive a firearm.
• All raffle prizes must be claimed within thirty(30) days after notification is made. Lennox Ducks Unlimited reserves the righ to modify any raffle prize if needed based on manufacturer's available inventory.
• Raffle prizes are printed on the calendar on the raffle prize day (every Friday). A complete list of raffle prizes is listed on the back of the Dec. 2013 page.
• In the event that the recipient of a prize needs the prize shipped, all shipping and handling charges will be the winner's responsibility. All prizes will be shipped to a licensed gun dealer.
