DUMAC and Mangrove Wetlands

From the 2013 DU National Convention
Mangrove wetlands mark the division between land and sea, a precarious position that makes them among the most productive and biologically diverse wetland systems on earth, but also leaves them fragile and threatened.

Ducks Unlimited de Mexico (DUMAC) is placing a high priority on conserving mangroves and stopping the loss of hundreds of thousands of acres of these critical habitats across Mexico, with the help of partners and supporters around the world.

Learn more about mangrove wetlands and the waterfowl and other wildlife species they benefit in this short video shown at the 2013 Ducks Unlimited National Convention.
