What's our Role? A significant part of our role within DU is to raise the grass roots money that is needed to provide for On the Ground Conservation. Typically the money we raise thru the fund raising event system is leveraged manyfold by using matching grants and Federal dollars.
FUNdRaisers:
The Bay Hundred Chapter puts together 5 FUNdraisers a year, including: 2 Sporting Clays shoots, a Ladies Fishing tournament, a Sponsor Event and the traditional Fundraising Dinner. You will often find Bay Hundred committee members who work hard together for conservation also play hard together too. We are avid sportsmen (and women), and we enjoy Hunting, Shooting Clays, Fishing, Golfing.
