What's our Role? The Upper Bay Greenwing Chapter is made up of committee members from Maryland DU’s Zone 8 chapters (Central MD, Harford County, Havre De Grace, and Charlie Bryan Gunpowder). The SOLE purpose of the Upper Bay Greenwing Chapter is to expose boys and girls to conservation and the great outdoors. The first Saturday of every June, the Upper Bay Greenwing Chapter hosts a Youth Day Event at Baltimore County Game and Fish Association http://www.bcgf.org
