Oregon Ducks Unlimited 52 Gun Calendar Raffle Rules: Persons under the age of 18 may not purchase a raffle ticket (calendar) or win a prize. Raffle Tickets (calendar) are $50 and limited to 1500 raffle tickets (calendars). The purchase of only one raffle ticket (calendar) is required to enter the raffle. Each raffle entry constitutes an equal chance to win. All unsold raffle tickets (calendar) becomes the property of Ducks Unlimited. Each drawing has an equal chance among entries. Purchasing of the $50 raffle ticket (calendar) will enter the buyer into all 52 drawings. Guns are printed on the calendar each day with image on the selected day. A complete list of the guns is printed on the last page of the calendar. Random drawing will be held on Monday December 30th, 2013, 1:00pm at the Portland Sportsman’s Warehouse. Winners need not be present to win. Winning tickets will be returned to the drum after each drawing. All winners will be posted on the Oregon Ducks Unlimited website (or.ducks.org) each Thursday throughout the 2014 year. Winners will be notified by mail following the posting with instructions as to how to claim your prize. The winning ticket for each Thursday receives the firearm printed on the calendar for that day. No raffle prizes will be awarded until raffle number and money have been accounted for by Ducks Unlimited. All firearm regulations must be met before winner can receive a firearm. If winner is not able to pass the FFL Regulations then the winner will receive a gift card from Sportsman’s Warehouse for Ducks Unlimited’s cost of the gun specified for that day. All prize winners are responsible for any fees (shipping, FFL Transfer, taxes, etc.). • All raffle prizes must be claimed within one year from the date of that specific gun on the calendar. All unclaimed raffle prizes become the property of Oregon Ducks Unlimited. Ducks Unlimited, Inc. is a 501(c) (3) charity and a portion of your calendar purchase may be deductible for tax purposes. Please see your tax advisor for actual deductibility. $1.25 of your annual membership will be applied to your one-year subscription of the Ducks Unlimited magazine and is non-deductible from your annual membership dues. Every winner’s firearm must be legally deliverable. At Ducks Unlimited’s sole discretion, a winner’s pre-selected firearm may be adjusted to a different firearm or substituted to a Sportsman’s Warehouse gift card of similar value, due to the winner’s age, status or applicable regulations affecting the firearm transfer to the winner.
