CHATTANOOGA, TN - July 25, 2008 - Chattanooga Ducks Unlimited is proud to announce for the second year, the addition of Mountain View Ford, Lincoln-Mercury, and Mountain View Chevrolet as title sponsor of the Annual Fall Flight Banquet. The banquet will be held on October 2nd at the First Tennessee Pavilion. The event has seen steady growth in the last 3 years, with attendance expected to be over 400 this year.
"We are excited that the Watson family have once again partnered with Chattanooga Ducks Unlimited. Especially with the slower auto sales, it really shows the Watson family's commitment to wetlands conservation," said Cameron Mitchell, State Recruitment Chair for Tennessee Ducks Unlimited.
"We are proud to be involved with Chattanooga Ducks Unlimited. The Watson family has enjoyed hunting waterfowl for many years and this is a way for us to help preserve our waterfowl hunting for the future," said Clay Watson, President of Mountain View Ford Lincoln Mercury.
As part of the Watson Family Dealerships, Mountain View Ford Lincoln Mercury has served the Tri-state area for over 25 years.
With more than a million supporters, Ducks Unlimited is the world's largest and most effective wetland and waterfowl conservation organization.
The United States alone has lost more than half of its original wetlands - nature's most productive ecosystem - and continues to lose more than 80,000 wetland acres each year.
