Mojo Duck Advice in TX

We have 2 Mojo greenheads and 1 Mojo greenwing teal drake.  Any recommendations on how to set them up or when to (or not to) use them?

We are located in Southeast Texas and are hunting over a 7 acre flooded grass field with mostly open water (6-18 inches deep) and a few spots with grass sticking out.  I have hunted cord fields in Illinois and had mallards dive bomb a single Mojo but never seen much success over water in Texas.

I have thought about placing the mojos on our levee as open water does not seem to work.

Early season on a lake with other hunters all around we did quite well with a mojo mallard and a mojo teal. Later in the season they haven't seemed to help much. We mostly hunt public land in north Texas.

 

A common mistake people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.
