So I have just bought a go devil long shaft. My boat is a 14ft Jon and it has that back bench seat in it. Is that going to make it hard to use my Go devil?

I'd strongly suggest welding on some "pods" onto the back of your boat.   Cabelas sells them.   They made a huge difference on my boat.

I have a Scavenger long shaft on my 14 with a back bench seat and the seat is not an issue. As far as the pods go, they may or may not help much depending on how heavy your motor is and how wide your boat is.

My motor is a 13hp. that weighs around 100lbs. and my boat has a 70 inch beam. The boat sits fairly flat on the water with the motor on it. The pods would be of little use to me.

My buddy has a 17ft. with a 72 inch beam and a motor that weighs 300lbs. He put the pods on and they helped greatly.
