The watershed / beaver swamp combo is private land to which I am part owner. My neighbor allows me to hunt his end (which is the swamp) with no question. My problem is that the third property across the lake is caught up in estate. No limitaation is being placed on who comes in and out. Now mind you that people have been warned about crossing the line. But, I have had these guys bring their trucks almost all the way to the shore line (open field). Truck is white and mind you that their faces match. Sitting on the bank like they're fishing and calling off birds as I have worked them back around, last year had a few geese circle for what seemed like eternity because when I turned them, the other guys would call them off as they came around, same has happened this season more than once. Does anyone feel my frustrations?!?!

Not sure where you are but that sounds like harassment to me and most states have laws to protect hunters from that crap.

It suxs that you got to deal with that. Some folks just don't have any manners.

find out who is the trustee or executor of the estate and offer to purchase.  or....  offer to lease the land until a better outcome can be accomplished.

I'm in Georgia where I spend several mornings staring at empty skies as it is. I have thought about trying to lease the land so I can have sole rights for hunting, not sure what the outcmoe would be but I have all off season to try and remedy my issue.

Man what a season though huh, actually had some good weather and birds flying!! I love this stuff. I hope everyone has enjoyed it as much as I have. Lots of new memories to add to my already charished collection of great times.
