Has anyone planted and hunted over winter wheat. I made a berm around a 2 acre field that I can flood from 6'' to 3 feet. My plan is to plant corn around the dry perimeter with japanese millet and winter wheat in the flooded area. Some corn will be in the deeper spots.
Thanks for any advice.
Also......Has anyone tried the "dwarf" or Cananaize corn?

haven't planted winter wheat, but have planted millet. will be planting my impoundment with millet around july 1, once i complete my slow draw down.
