Used my new Cabelas 3/4 horse grinder ground up some mallards breasts and made chili out of them. It was great. Just used my favorite recipe!! Everyone loved it.

Whats your recipe? I've made tons of deer chili but never thought of duck. Great idea Im ready top try it.

- Make it the same way as your venison bet you wont taste a difference. Same with sausage I cant tel the difference between venison and duck or goose. Joe
