A fellow hunter’s vet as referred him to PVSEC – Pittsburgh Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Clinic for an ACL injury.  Has anyone heard good or bad things about them?

If any Ohio Hunters have any feedback on Medvet in Columbus or Animal Clinic Northview around Cleveland would be helpful also.

Not sure about the above, but my Golden (non hunting) had TPLO done August 2011 at www.vosm.com and I would highly recommend that office. This place is amazing, and perform stem cell therapy, spinal surgery, and much more than that. It's located in Annapolis Junction, Md. I recall several owners from out of state during my brief time there. They would stay a night in a hotel, and pick their dogs up the next day. Guess they made the few trips back for check ups, and did the rehab themselves as I did. 
I think once it was all done, total cost was around $ 3,500.
