Could oats be used as a source of food for ducks?  We had about 5 acres planted this season around our blind.  We never got around to flooding it but we didnt know if next we should flood oaks or millet.  We found oats were a lot easy to get than millet and quite a bit cheaper.  I would think ducks would eat oats.  I noticed that they head of oats looked similar to wheat or even millet a bit more of long grain than a small grain from what I noticed.

Just looking for some info on this topic.  Thanks
