Made some snack stix and Bratwurst out of goose and venison . Used the Cabelas kits. The Bratwurst was great. Snack Stix good a little salty. Smoked the snack stix They didnt come out as pretty as Cupped Wings photo (have to get used to my smoker settings) everyone liked em. I put some in a vinegar pickle for a couple days . Super!! Kits are easy to use all you really need is a grinder Good way to use your goose meat up if you have alot of it all my buddies loved them. Joe
