I would say the cheapest way to go is to buy bulk raffia grass and dye it yourself.

How big is the blind that you're trying to conceal?  I've used those Ghillie bundles before and they seem to work pretty good.  Otherwise, I've also used the woven grass mats as well with good results.  I think it's Avery that makes the grass mats, but I can't remember for sure.

I go the really cheap route.  My wife planted some ornamental grasses around the place and the 3 bunches of it provide plenty to grass a 19' boat blind every year.  All it costs is a few bucks for bags of zip ties.  I zip tie it directly to the grass loops on my boat blind so I end up losing enough from wind, trailering, etc that I have to redo it every year.

When I used to zip tie it to a 1/4" plastic mesh and roll it up, it would last several seasons even after being used in saltwater.  Seems to last as well or better than anything guys I know are buying.

I think the stuff is "miscanthus"

I am planning on using Max 4 camo burlap curtains on each side of my boat blind. I am going to attach them so they can just roll down or be tied up.  I plan to buy several packs of the Mojo Ghillie grass packs and just zip tie them to the burlap all over it.  Anyone tried the Mojo grass yet? I am open to suggestion as I need the blind to be trailer able for about 100 miles.

I use real grass. Look for some tall grass. Just use the zip ties into small bundles then zip tie it to the side ofthe blind, cheapest and it looks real because it is
