This will work with any goose or ducks.
2 cans 16 oz. black beans drained
2 cans 16 oz. pinto beans drained
2 medium onions diced
6 to 9 cloves of garlic diced
1 small can diced mild chilies
1 small can jalapeno peppers diced
3 tablespoones chili powder
3 teaspoons cumin
5 cans tomato sauce small cans

Take two small geese or one large goose or
3 to 4 ducks any kind of duck will work even spoonies
cut whole goose or ducks into portions make sure to cut the ducks rib bones out and to cut the breasts into quarters or halfs
Put all of the contents into a crock pot and start to heat
add the cut goose or duck into the crock pot
yes bones and all
Push down all the pieces and cook overnight on low
Next morning take all the pieces out and let cool then remove all meat and return to crock pot.Make sure you shred the meat up with your fingers before returing to crock pot. This way if you find any shot it can be removed and no small bones will go back too.
Cook for a couple more hours and YUM YUM
YOU CAN ALSO ADD MORE JALAPENOS IF YOU WANT MORE KICK.
I like to add a couple of diced up goose or duck livers, heart or gizzards to this recipie adds great flavor
If the chili starts or seems to dry just add more tomato sauce\
