D.U. FLY FISHERMEN TAKE NOTE
The Mid-South Fly Fishers, of Germantown, Tennessee, will host a fly-fishing Expo on the weekend of June 22-24. This third annual event will feature an assortment of vendors, manufacturers, displays and seminars sure to please both experienced and novice fishermen. In addition, many professional outfitters will be on hand to present information on their facilities. Fishing trips can be booked for destinations throughout the Mid-South and beyond.
Noted speakers during the Expo will include Lori-Ann Murphy, Captain Shawn Leadon and Dave and Emily Whitlock. In addition, Ducks Unlimited will have an informational/educational booth at the event.
The Expo will be held at the Germantown Performing Arts Centre (about 2 miles south of DU headquarters). Hours are: Friday from 3-7p.m., Saturday from 9a.m. to 5p.m., and Sunday from 10a.m. to 4p.m. Admission is $8 for adults and $6 for children 12 and under.
