1902 The Buffalo Signal Bronze Sculpture by Frederic Remington
The original Buffalo Signal bronze sculpture was created for French Devereux, a young boy who had befriended Remington during a trip out west. The Devereux family had invited
Remington, a New York native, to share their private railway car with them throughout their journey. Later he gave the striking casting to the Devereux's as a gift for the boy.
The sculpture represents the moment in which an Indian Scout waves a buffalo robe, signifying the beginning of a hunt. The original as well as this reproduction were produced by
the lost wax method, resulting in unmatched detail and definition.
There is only one original of this sculpture in existence, Remington symbolically broke the mold in front of the young Devereux to ensure that it would be the only one of its
kind. Remington advised the family to protect the sculpture from pirates and trades of reproduction. So, therefore, the bronze was copyrighted as "Copyright 1902 French
Devereux" with no foundry mark.
The family honored the wishes of Remington. This sculpture gained its authenticity in 1964 and was then exhibited at the Cummer Gallery of Art in Florida. Later it was acquired
by the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City, OK where the original still resides today. Now you can own this striking reproduction for your own
collection. It is of solid bronze cast by the lost wax method and features a replica of Fredrick Remington's signature in the cast.

"Tails from the Blind," an Original by Scot Storm, our New York City Conservation Artist of the Year
This is a rare opportunity to own an original work by Scot Storm. "Tails from the Blind" captures that exciting moment when the majestic pintail comes to the blind. "Over the
years, I've spent many trips to the Dakotas to hunt research and photograph waterfowl. This particular scene was taken from a slough in North Dakota in which I've hunted every
year since 1991. It holds many memories, one of which is, as depicted in the painting, when we had numbers of pintails floating into our set all day long. One of those once in a
lifetime experiences that you hope happens every time you're there and you picture that memory every time you are there." Scot Storm.
This spectacular image was created with acrylic paint on hardboard. The image size: 16"h. x 36"w with a framed size of 24.5"w. x 45"h. The printed image of this original was
used as part of the 2010 DU National print package and has a retail value of $8,600.00.
About the Artist
As a youngster, Scot Storm discovered his talent for drawing, sketching and designing. These skills eventually led him to North Dakota State
University where he earned a degree in architecture. While working in this field, Scot's love of hunting and the outdoors drew him to explore the challenges of wildlife art. In
1987, as a self-taught artist, he entered the Minnesota Duck Stamp contest and placed second. Encouraged by the acceptance of his initial work, he continued to enter stamp
contests and enjoyed his first to award by winning the Indiana Pheasant Stamp competition in 1991.
Thereafter, Scot's interest in wildlife art became such a passion, that in 1999, he decided to give up his career in architecture and devote himself full time to painting. Scot
was then able to challenge himself in every aspect of his creations from composition, to lighting, to the accuracy and psychology of color. His painting of waterfowl, hunting
dogs and other animals all reveal his attention to the fine details that breathe life into every image and draw the viewer into a scene.
Currently, Scot has 13 Federal, State and Conservation Stamp wins. Highlights to his career include 2004-05 Federal Duck Stamp, 2005-06 Ducks Unlimited International Artist of
the Year and 2010 Pheasants Forever's National Artist of the Year.
Scot currently lives in Freeport, MN with his wife and family. Besides spending many hours painting in the studio and travelling the country in pursuit of new reference material
for future works, he spends time coaching wrestling and youth football and enjoys spending hours in the field with family and friends.

Join the ranks of Canadian dignitaries, American presidents, Hollywood entertainers and professional athletes who have all fished for the Atlantic Salmon on the world-renowned Restigouche River. Larry's Gulch Lodge is owned and operated by Provence of New Brunswick and is reserved for entertaining special guest and dignitaries. You need an invitation fish here, and now you have one. You will be the guest of the New Brunswick Minister of Natural Resources. The biggest fish ever caught on this river was over 70 lbs! Guests have landed 40-pounders and we hope that you will be the next one to break the record. You and a guest will fish eight kilometres (five miles) of Larry's Gulch special reserve water. Regulations require that only one fisherman cast at a time so, your guide will rotate you and your guest throughout your stay so that everyone gets a cast on the best fishing pools. Bring your own tackle or let them equip you. Your package includes the use of all the necessary gear, canoes and guides, whether you are a seasoned pro or a first-time fisherperson. All meals are provided. Larry's Gulch does not have alcoholic beverages but you may bring your own. July 7-9, 2012 are your allocated days and alternative dates are not available. Your trip includes three days and two nights for two people, guides and all necessary equipment. All salmon fishing is catch and release. Licenses are not included, but may be purchased on site.
