About Patrick: My name is Patrick Patterson, but throughout MN DU I'm known as the Duck Man. I was born and raised in southern Minnesota and since the age of 3, I have been in a duck boat with my Dad studying and learning the craft of duck hunting. A majority of my hunting experiences have taken place on Swan Lake and throughout my "adult" years, I have branched out to other potholes, sloughs and marshes around the state and South Dakota. When I am not actually waterfowl hunting, I'm thinking and dreaming about waterfowl hunting, prepping my decoys or working with my Black Lab, Queen Quinnifer the Mighty.
Trust me when I say there is nothing that I am more passionate about than habitat conservation, waterfowl and waterfowl hunting, not to mention Ducks Unlimited - just ask my wife and Quinn!!!
