The Bill Collector is manufactured of injection-molded polycarbonate and comes in two configurations. The double reed has a mallard green barrel and clear insert, and the single reed version has a clear barrel and a clear insert. The Santoprene™ wedge locks the reeds in place for maximum calling constancy.
