Florida DU staff member recognized

Memphis, Tenn. – September 6, 2017 – Brett Bainter was named Ducks Unlimited’s (DU) Regional Director of the Year for his outstanding efforts as a staff member of Region 7, an area that encompasses the southeastern United States 

“This recognition is well-deserved,” said Brett Baker, DU director of fundraising and volunteer relations. “Brett keeps his volunteers engaged and focused on supporting the cause while having fun. Because of his dedication and drive, southern Florida remains a top fundraising area in the country.”

Bainter, a resident of Orlando, Fla., covers south Florida and works with volunteer committees in this area hosting fundraisers for the 80-year-old conservation organization. Bainter also received awards for Top Region Volunteer Growth, $100,000 Growth Club/Regional Income and was inducted into the Million Dollar Club – an award given to event fundraising staff who raise $1 million or more.
