Each Ducks Unlimited Region focuses research projects in strategically designated priority areas. Researchers investigate waterfowl responses to habitat conservation efforts to improve conservation strategies. This evaluation helps DU evolve conservation practices with changing climate, land uses, and needs of waterfowl. DU partners with universities, private and public organizations to conduct research projects that help further the DU mission.
