This year, Senators Max Baucus (MT) and Charles Grassley (IA), along with Congressmen Jim Gerlach (PA) and Mike Thompson (CA), have introduced legislation that would make incentives for donating conservation easements permanent. 267 additional Members of Congress have signed on to support these bills. See list of supporters and encourage your Senators and Representative to sign on if they haven't already!
