Ecosystem Initiatives
The Great Lakes/Atlantic region is divided into four areas on which the majority of our conservation efforts are focused. These four areas are known as Ecosystem Initiatives.
Priority Areas
Within GLARO's four Ecosystem Initiatives lie several Priority Areas, which concentrate our conservation efforts even further to target landscapes of special concern. These Priority Areas signify some of the most crucial habitats for breeding, migrating and wintering waterfowl in the Great Lakes/Atlantic region.
