U.S. House passes legislation to make federal duck stamps easier to obtain
WASHINGTON - Jan. 26, 2012 - The U.S. House of Representatives' Jan. 23 vote on bill H.R. 3117 could mean permanent easy access for hunters looking to buy their federal duck stamps online. The e-Duck Stamp program, started four years ago on a trial basis, allows hunters 16 and older to purchase temporary duck stamps online until their physical stamps arrive in the mail.

Interior Secretary unveils special-edition Duck Stamp cachet at DU National Headquarters
MEMPHIS, Tenn., July 27, 2010 – U.S. Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar unveiled a special edition Federal Duck Stamp cachet during a press conference held at Ducks Unlimited national headquarters here today. Proceeds from the voluntary purchase of the cachet will be used to acquire wetlands for inclusion in national wildlife refuges along the Gulf Coast.
