How will the carbon credits be verified and monitored?

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service monitors their easements for compliance annually. Because the terms of the easement secure the carbon, continued compliance with the easement is sufficient for verification of the carbon credits. No soil sampling or similar sampling protocols are anticipated.
