Blogger Biography: Chris Jennings

Ducks Unlimited Communication Coordinator

Chris Jennings serves as communication coordinator for Ducks Unlimited in Memphis, Tenn. He was born and raised in Terre Haute, Ind., and graduated from Indiana State University in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in Journalism. Chris spent nine years as military journalist/ public relations specialist and is currently an active member of the Association of Great Lakes Outdoor Writers, Outdoor Writers Association of America and the Tennessee Outdoor Writers Association.

Chris' love for the outdoors began with small-game hunting in the Indiana hardwood forests and fishing strip pits, creeks and lakes for anything that would bite. His introduction to waterfowl hunting was the beginning of a life-long passion. Chris' enthusiasm, like other waterfowlers, has blossomed into garages full of boats, decoys and other gear.

Spending time in the field making memories with family and friends are what Chris enjoys most about waterfowl hunting.
