Register Now for the Ducks Unlimited 2009 National Convention DU members from all over the country will be converging on Denver, Col., May 20-24, 2009. Members from every flyway will be flocking to the Hyatt Regency Downtown to learn more about DU, get to know one another and most importantly have a great time.
 The 2009 DU National Convention is an annual gathering of waterfowl hunters and conservationists that can’t be missed! Those who have attended in the past understand that the convention is an opportunity to meet other members and learn more about the organization.
“I go to the conventions to visit with friends (volunteers and staff) from all over the country and share in the successes of the previous year's efforts. Because of my involvement in DU, my circle of friends has expanded immensely and this is a great time to renew old friendships and create new ones,” said Mike Benge, Louisiana State Chairman, New Orleans, La.
“Outside of visiting with friends, I enjoy the conservation staff's presentation of what it is that we are doing to accomplish DU's mission. From the volunteer’s standpoint, I believe these presentations give us all a push to go back home and raise more money for the ducks.”
Convention Includes:
- Regional Tours, Flyway Cocktail parties and entertainment
- Business Sessions including a presentation with DU executive vice-president.
- Conservation presentations from DU’s top waterfowl and wetland biologists
- Convention Banquet – Saturday, May 23rd
