Venezuela se ha incorporado a la Iniciativa de conteos de anátidas en 2003-2007, pero ha estado llevando a cabo conteos independientes durante más de diez años.
Desde el comienzo de la Iniciativa Venezuela proporcionado apoyo para entrenamiento y compartido su
experiencia y resultados con el resto de los países de la región.

Venezuela joined the Waterfowl Survey Initiative from 2003-2007, but
has been carrying out independent surveys for more than ten
years. Since the beginning of the Inititive Venezuela
provided training support and shared their experience and results
with the rest of the countries in the region.
